SAXOMONICA
It's great to hear from you! I've really enjoyed "Saxomonica",
and want to encourage you to keep up the good work. I think the project was
very well presented and is very "accessible". By that I mean that people who are not
normally blues listeners should really be able to enjoy it and yet there's enough there
to satisfy blues lovers too. Your up-tempo, "jump" blues style is fun to listen to
without being too heavy. Great job Paul!

BEGINNINGS
I have been listening to your tape "
Beginnings" and I wanted to express to you my deepest
gratitude for such fine melodic, and beautiful music. I play it
all day long at my work and each side is like a fresh indulgence,
over and over again. It is such a treat to listent to and really
lifts up my spirits. I feel as though I am spoiling myself and satisfying
all me senses beyond that which I could derive from melting a
dark truffle in my mouth or soaking in a hot bubble bath. It is
rich with strings that send my innermost thoughts to a perfect
place where all is right.
~ Laurel
After listening to Paul's music many times,
I realized that the tenth time was as fresh as the first. His
music enfolds and becomes a part of me.
~ Ginny Brunner, Willow Tree Music
Not just another pastel wash of sound, Paul's
distinctly original melodies composed on the folk harp and his
carefully added instrumental textures evoke many idealistic moods
- the sunny innocence of childhooh, the sensual bloom of first
love, the yearning to touch and belong to the infinite if only
for a moment...
~ Adam Victor Christensen, Folk Harp Journal
Like a Maxfield Parrish painting brought to
life musically, "Beginnings" is a joyous celebration
of the life-force in melody and orchestral color... a completely
satisfying and uplifting experience.
~ Adam Victor Christensen, Folk Harp Journal
Tear you gaze away
for a second from the intricate, lovely cover art and close your
eyes, so as better to savor the splendiferous sounds created by
Meredith and company on harp, flute, keyboards, viola, harmonica,
and percussion. This is relaxation music at its best! Fifty-three
minutes of exquisitely beautiful melodies, smoothing harmonies,
and gentle rhythms that lay like a feather upon one's consciousness.
~ New Age Retailer, Fall
Composer, arranger,
and harpist Paul Michael Meredith has created a musical panorama
that takes you skipping in wonder throughout the Earth's living
riches. Take one part Andreas Vollenweider, one part Synchestra's
"Mother Earth's Lullaby," one part back porch harmonica
(Meredith), one part fairy dust, and you have "Beginnings
."

OCEAN LIGHT
I had purchased "Ocean
Light" when I was at a Home Show and I just fell in love
with it. Thank you for such beautiful music.

Your music is a profound
gift to the planet, and to all of us who are willing to listen.
~ Jo Ellen
Not just another generic
nature sounds album - but true artistry. Sublime, soothing, relaxing.
~ Alan
My son's 5th grade
teacher plays 'Ocean Light' in the classroom. He says it helps
him concentrate. Thank you for this wonderful contribution to
our youth!

GENERAL
COMMENTS
I've become mesmerized
by Paul's artistry. It's fortunate that CDs do not wear out like
the old vinyls and tapes did as I surely would have worn out a
stack of them by now! Not many days pass when Paul's music can
not be heard drifting out over my flower garden. When my neighbors
ask what my secret is for growing such beautiful roses - I tell
them, with a smile, Paul's Harp playing. As a long-time member
of a 12-Step recovery program, I start my day with the healing
power of Paul's Harp that lifts me to a spiritual plane of Harmony
and Serenity.
~ Alan
Thank you for the energy
and love you put into this music. It will be my source of strength
for a long time to come and I can only hope that I can elevate
my life and thoughts to the level of your music.
~ Laurel
